 All parents are respectable for us, we consider respect for parents our top priority, and we understand that just like teacher, parents also play the most important role in a child’s upbringing.
To improve the standard of the institute, after joining the institute, you will be obliged to follow the rules and regulations listed below.
We reserve the right to update the rules and regulations whenever necessary to improve the quality of the academy💻. You are advised to check these rules from time to time.

1: For Registration
The student will be bound to provide the name with father’s name, age, and answers to other asked questions.

 2: Fee Rules

We charge a reasonable monthly fee and do not charge a registration fee.
Fee payment must be made according to the selected fee plan. If the payment is delayed after the due date, services may be suspended.
After joining the academy, the “Fee of the first month” must be paid within 15 days of joining.

Important regarding the fee:
The payment of fees is mandatory for all twelve (12) months, regardless of the child’s attendance.

“If the educational process is interrupted for any reason after studying for a few days (for example, one or three or five days) in a month, then in such a case the advance fee will be considered the full fee for those days, which will be non-refundable.”

Absence of the child👳‍♀️🧕, whether for a few days or for an entire month, will not exempt the parents/guardians from the obligation to pay the monthly fee.

3: Regarding Class Timing and Leave

Class Duration: Class duration will be 25 to 30 minutes. “If for any reason we call late on a particular day or give a few minutes less, but we listen to the child’s lesson, then the class will be considered complete.”

The student👳‍♀️🧕 should be ready 15 minutes before the assigned class time, revise and memorize the lesson, and must be in the state of ablution before starting the class.

If leave is required: Parents must try to inform at least 6 hours before class time if the student👳‍♀️🧕 wants to take leave on any day.
If a student wants to join the class 5 to 7 minutes late on any day, they must inform some hours before the class time.

If the student👳‍♀️🧕 does not join the class for up to 12 minutes, the class will be considered cancelled.

4: Policy for Missed and Make-up Classes📆:

If a class is missed from our side, the make-up class will be arranged on the coming Saturday📆, InshaAllah.

If the student👳‍♀️🧕 does not attend the make-up class on saturday📆, it will be considered cancelled.

If a student👳‍♀️🧕 missed a class on their own, no make-up class will be provided.

“In case a class is missed due to rain, long electricity🔌 outage or big internet🛜 problems, or a death, no make-up class will be provided.”

5: Using Laptop💻 for Study is Best
Students are advised to use a “Laptop💻” for better learning.
Avoid using mobile📲 devices, Android, or iPad📱, as proper learning is not possible with them.
To maintain class quality, avoid taking classes during travel or in moving vehicles🚗.

6: Code of Conduct
We instruct our academy’s teachers and staff🧑‍🎨👷‍♀️👨🏼‍💻👩🏻‍💻 to speak respectfully and politely.
Students are also expected to talk to teachers with respect and good manners.
In case of misbehavior or inappropriate attitude, services can be suspended without a refund.

7: Disclaimer
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to unexpected circumstances.

8: Suspending the Service
If a student👳‍♀️🧕 wants to suspend or end the class, it is necessary to inform the academy owner at least two months in advance.
We reserve the right to suspend services in case of violation of terms or inappropriate behavior.

9: Technical Issues and Disruptions
We will try our best to use the best internet and conduct classes without noise and solve the disruptions as soon as possible InshaAllah.
But we will not be responsible for issues arising due to long electricity🔌 outage, big internet🛜 issues, unexpected conditions, and other disruptions.

10: Privacy🛡️
We prioritize the privacy🛡️ and security of your personal information.

 11: Important

We strive to provide your child👳‍♀️🧕 with the best education and upbringing.
This effort will continue InshaALLAH.
If at any time there is any shortcoming from our side, we sincerely apologize.
